Formost Business Forms & Systems, a manufacturer of all business forms, commercial printing, labels and related products, today announced the initial phase of a growth strategy in the Canadian market with a major acquisition. The company will acquire 100% of MediaOne Direct Inc., a technology and customer communications company.

The new entity, Formost MediaOne Direct Inc., will provide a variety of customer communication services such as web development, paper based and web based production and delivery, systems integration, direct marketing, internet based fulfillment, client contest and reward programs and data mining.

" With this acquisition, Formost is now positioned to offer an enhanced package of products and services to our customers, " said John Gaudet, President and CEO. " We are now able to better deliver technologically based solutions to our customers, thereby assisting them as they evolve from the traditional paper based solutions," says Gaudet.

Formost, a twenty-year-old firm, operates their sales, manufacturing and an inventory management facility in Brampton Ontario.
