Web proofing of direct mail and transactional material is a great way to move data ownership and validation back to data owners.
e-Formost can notify clients or staff that a job has been processed and ready for approval before being released to a printer. The advanced database with the secure web access can enable specific users to log into a semi or fully branded web portal and review the file.
Viewing can be of:
- The input data
- Any name address fields
- Number of pages
- Number of statements
- Viewing of a PDF or PNG with pre-printed stock emulation
- Viewing of specific letter versions
- Viewing of each mail piece or the entire job
The job may be accepted or rejected. If rejected, notes can be added and an email will be generated for immediate review.
