  • Position Summary

    The purpose of the CSR/PC is to oversee the development and management of day-to-day projects. The CSR/PC acts as a liaison and is the key point of contact between the Client, Sales Department and production team. Responsible for execution of client orders, providing telephone support, while evaluating, verifying and handling routine client requests for assigned client accounts.

    Key Duties/Responsibilities

    • Is the primary point of client contact for general inquiries such as project management, job scheduling, project production status and inventory information. Liaises with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
    • Discusses and obtains project schedule with production team to ensure all customer deadlines are met
    • Ensures client records are up to date within internal client relationship management system
    • Coordinates with internal team members to ensure implementation of new business and/or changes to existing business
    • Responsible for initiating work docket and generating instructions for production jobs
    • Ensures that job components are available for job production and completion
    • Monitors inventory levels and informs customer when levels fall below expected minimum levels
    • Ensures that the client portfolio and product/package samples are available for production
    • Participates daily in Production Planning Meeting and is the “voice of the client” to meet delivery timelines contracted
    • Participates in client meetings and presentations as required
    • Monitors statement of mailing for submission to Canada Post on behalf of the Client
    • Performs other duties and/or special projects as required or assigned; which are reasonably within the scope of the duties above

    Education & Experience Required

    • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and client/account management experience
    • 2-5 years of experience in a financial, print/mail, direct mail/direct marketing, preferably in a client facing role or industry related field

  • Position Summary

    The position will maintain and grow assigned clients within the Key Accounts group Formost mediaOne, a team charged with fostering and extending relationships with key clients. The Key Accounts Manager (KAM) will work to expand the Company’s business relationship with current top clients and identify new business opportunities in conjunction with Sales and Marketing. The (KAM) will assist conversions of customers, plan and participate in client reviews, and contribute to Company projects and initiatives. The (KAM) has the primary responsibility to penetrate assigned top clients for Formost mediaOne products by and executing strategic account plans resulting in expected revenues in accordance with assigned objectives. The (KAM) will make periodic visits to assigned accounts, make regular contact via telephone and email correspondence, and ensure clients have a sound understanding of Formost mediaOne and services available to them. Individuals in this role will be responsible for planning, forecasting, prospecting, negotiating, maintaining and closing sales of additional business to assigned clients. Effective intelligence and information gathering will be essential.

    Key Duties/Responsibilities

    • Establish and maintain excellent rapport with key decision-makers and influencers at assigned clients
    • Make account calls in sufficient quantity to maintain existing revenues and generate incremental new sales
    • Lead generation and identification of new client contacts for company products and services
    • Identify key client business challenges and present corresponding solutions to address client needs
    • Successful sales of additional products and services by penetrating clients across functional boundaries
    • Provide customer feedback for internal new product development and modification
    • Support the Company’s position within the assigned client base and future customers
    • Ability to communicate information with clients, both positive and negative
    • Attendance and participation in designated trade shows, vendor conferences and other professional events
    • Monitoring of assigned client contracts, facilitation of contract renewals and amendments
    • Assist with client problem resolution and escalation to senior management as appropriate
    • Clear, comprehensive and timely communication of client strategies through meetings and internal correspondence
    • Maintain complete and accurate records of client interactions and requirements using best available methods
    • Accurate and timely preparation of reports including industry information, research, competitor information as required

  • Position Summary

    Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for sourcing and closing new business opportunities. You will be a part of a team selling Formost mediaOne outsourcing services across a variety of industry verticals including, but not limited to; Financial Services, Professional Services, Healthcare, Telecom, Provincial and Federal government agencies. The services within your portfolio will include Customer Communication Services, which includes: Data Composition, Digital Archive, Print and Mail Fulfillment Services and Digital Statement Delivery. In addition, this role will be responsible for selling OSG’s extended offering as they become available in Canada.

    Key Duties/Responsibilities

    Develop the Sales Plan

    • Lead and/or participate in the development of a sales plan and forecast for new customer development activities within your target market verticals
    • Develop and document detailed Sales
    • Account Plans for strategic accounts
    • Generate leads and demand for Customer Communication Services
    • Lead and own the RFP and RFI process and response to potential clients
    • Participate in developing strategies, forecast and establishing sales targets and objectives
    • Participate in critical strategy development to build an overall visionary sales plan to help transform the team on a continual path of excellence
    • Research, prepare and deliver sales presentations to effectively relate Formost mediaOne‘s solutions and services
    • Prepare bi-weekly reports and participate in opportunity management meetings, when required

    Execute the Sales Plan

    • Work closely with marketing, sales and product teams to meet or exceed profitability targets
    • Achieve revenue targets from new prospects and channel partners
    • Generate sales leads (build a funnel) and/or contact leads generated by marketing, client relations, past relationships and other sources

    Understand the Voice of the Customer

    • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence
    • Understand the value chain within your target accounts, requirements and business problems (pain) to achieve assigned sales objectives

    Become the Subject Matter Expert

    • Understanding of all the key Partners and Consultants who promote and market our Customer Communication, Payment and Digital Mailroom services
    • Understanding your target clients to build out Blue Sheet sales strategies to drive a successful outcome within your target prospect accounts:
      • Define the organization and decision makers
      • Understand the project structure
      • Understand budget constraints
      • Identify the Business Sponsor, Influencers, Champions and all the stakeholders for our BPO service offerings
      • Build relationships with key contacts all levels within the organization
    • Identify and provide input to help define and enhance Formost mediaOne’s core service offerings
    • Manage Issues with Clients to satisfactory resolutions
    • Maintain complete knowledge of Formost mediaOne’s products and services, sales objectives and strategies, pricing and implementation services to be able to respond to a client’s request for information
    • Collaborate with sales, product delivery and executive management to support sales needs

    Education & Knowledge Required

    • College Diploma/University Degree in related and/or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience selling into the Canadian communications and mail/scanning industry
    • Prior experience working in insurance, financial, telecommunications or government verticals
    • Experience in selling to “C” level executives
    • Demonstrated experience developing relationships across all levels of the organization
    • Professional presentation, selling and interpersonal skills
